Terms of Service
These terms govern use of this website and of AgentFlow, the AI agent platform operated by Vishal Kale. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. The service
AgentFlow lets you build, test and publish AI agents that hold conversations with your customers by chat and by voice, using knowledge you supply and tools you enable. It is provided as a hosted, multi-tenant service.
2. Your account
- You must give accurate registration details and keep them current.
- You are responsible for your credentials and for everything done under your account.
- You must be at least 16, and old enough to enter a contract where you live.
- Tell me promptly at kalevishal96@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
3. Your content and your customers
You keep ownership of everything you upload — documents, prompts, configuration — and of the conversations your agents hold. You grant only the licence needed to host and process that content in order to run the service for you.
You are responsible for:
- having the right to upload what you upload;
- what your agents say and do, including any commitment an agent makes to a customer on your behalf, and for reviewing the behaviour you configure;
- telling your own end users that they are talking to an AI agent, and obtaining any consent your local law requires before a call is recorded or transcribed;
- complying with data protection law in respect of the personal data you put into the service.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone's rights;
- send spam, or place calls or messages the recipient has not consented to receive;
- impersonate a person or organisation, or conceal that a conversation is automated when asked directly;
- handle categories of data the service is not built for — payment card numbers, government identifiers, or health records — unless separately agreed in writing;
- attempt to breach the platform's security, access another tenant's data, or probe, scan or load-test it without permission;
- resell or white-label the service without written agreement.
Accounts that breach this section may be suspended, with notice where it is safe to give it.
5. Third-party services
The service integrates with third parties you choose to connect — model providers, voice providers, Google Calendar and Gmail, telephony carriers, payment processing. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms, and their availability is outside my control. Connecting Google is optional and is described in the privacy policy.
6. Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout and include usage limits stated on the pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current period.
7. Availability
The service is provided on a commercially reasonable-efforts basis. There is no uptime guarantee unless one is agreed separately in writing. Maintenance that is likely to interrupt service will be announced in advance where circumstances allow.
8. AI output
Agents generate responses from language models. Output can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable despite the guardrails, retrieval and citations the platform provides. Do not rely on it as legal, medical, financial or other professional advice, and keep a human in the loop for consequential decisions.
9. Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. To that same extent, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data; and total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. I may suspend or terminate an account that materially breaches these terms, or where required by law. On termination your data is deleted in line with the privacy policy; export what you need first.
11. Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top reflects the current version, and material changes will be notified to account holders by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the revised terms.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Abu Dhabi have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have where you live.
